When it comes to striking it is not good for anyone, even the people looking to strike. British Airlines have begun to strike again and it would seem that they are having more and more strikes a year in this company, can they actually survive for that much longer?? So what on earth can you do if staff are on the verge of striking?

Talk

Make sure that you get into talks with staff yourself as this is the best thing to do. If the boss is sitting down with these people and talking then it is going to make all the difference. listening to the thoughts of the people that are willing to strike is key and you could come to an agreement if you do this kind of thing. I cannot think of many companies that have such poor relationships with their staff as BA so the chances are you will not have many strikes at all.

Legal Action

Although this option can be done it is not something that I would always recommend doing because it is a lengthy one. This can only be done if you feel that the union is actually in the wrong, if not then you cannot do a thing.

Giving In

The employees are actually sometimes in the right and if they are then you really need to think about giving in, it just is not worth it sometimes. The only problem that can sometimes be caused by this is that they will strike whenever they want something and you may give in.

This is not likely to happen in the average office space or serviced offices Soho it is still possible so make sure the next time you are in that serviced offices Victoria you realise this.
