There are many people out there that do not like it when their employees take vacation away from the business because they know they are paying them for sitting doing nothing for a couple of weeks. There is of course nothing wrong with taking a holiday but do they have a point?.
Difficulty For Employees
Sometimes the pressure to actually ask for holiday from a boss is very large indeed and this is not fair at all, not taking a vacation during the course of the year is not good for anyone at all. People need to take a vacation each year so they can relax. My girlfriend’s boss actually ignores someone for up to two weeks when they get back from even a day away which is just bang out of order. There is no need for this kind of thing at all. If you do not let your employees take holiday they will not be as productive at work.
Difficulty For Employers
In a way you kind of have to see where the bosses are coming from when it comes to people taking a break. Sometimes you will find that there is no one around to cover the work that you do when you are away and this can actually be a real strain on the business which is not a good thing at all. This is no excuse for a boss to actually have a go at someone who is looking to get away from that office space because everyone is entitled to that vacation.
All in all I would say that I am certainly on the side of the workers when it comes to things like this, people really do need breaks from serviced offices Soho and serviced offices Victoria.
